Does the Hospital Need a Copy of My Insurance Card?
When you’re admitted to Houston Northwest, a copy of your insurance identification card is needed to verify your insurance coverage. If you don’t have your card at that time, please have a copy sent to our registration office during your stay.
Can I Pay for Hospital Fees at a Later Time?
Costs that aren’t covered by your insurance (deductibles, copayments, etc.) should be paid before leaving the hospital. Houston Northwest accepts cash, checks, credit cards and electronic fund transfers (EFT).
Can I Pay Online?
Yes, it’s simple and convenient to view and pay your bill online.
